Frank Mir Vs. Cain Velasquez will still happen at UFC 146 according to UFC President Dana White who posted the update on Twitter.

With Alistair Overeem all but officially out of the main event against Junior Dos Santos on May 26th, the rumor mill was spinning with possibilities as to who might replace him. Frank Mir's name was one of the front runners on the list but it now appears as though that won't happen.

Instead, Mir will stay in his spot taking on former Champion Cain Velasquez.
