After three years away from the promotion, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ace, Vinny Magalhaes has rejoined the ranks of the UFC. Welcoming him back to the fold is urging light heavyweight Igor Pokrajac. The two will reportedly tangle at UFC 152.
Magalhaes has picked up five consecutive wins, stopping rugged Russian Mikhail Zayats in his most recent outing at M-1 Challenge 27.
Pokrajac last ventured to the octagon in May when he bested Fabio Maldonado over the course of three rounds. After a rocky 0-2 start for the promotion the Croation striker has amassed four wins against a single loss.
UFC 152 takes place on September 22nd in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A featured flyweight bout between Joseph Benavidez and Demetrius Johnson is scheduled to headline the event. Other know participants include Michael Bisping, Brian Stann, Rory MacDonald and B.J. Penn.
