It’s official.
The highly anticipated rematch between Chris Weidman and Anderson Silva will happen before the end of 2013. UFC President Dana White was a guest on ESPN Sportscenter and announced that the bout will headline UFC 168 which is set to take place on December 28th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Weidman shocked the world last weekend when he knocked out the long time middleweight champion in the second round of their UFC 162 fight.
Weidman vs. Silva 2 will feature a co-main event of UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey facing her rival Miesha Tate.
