Tito Ortiz has agreed to a plea deal that will mean he won’t spend anymore time behind bars.
Ortiz crashed his 2012 Porsche Panamera in January while driving down the 405 freeway at 4am. Police say Ortiz blew a .12 on a breathalyzer test after leaving a party at the Playboy Mansion.
Ortiz initially plead not guilty to the charges but later reversed his plea to a no contest. The change means that Ortiz will not spend any time in jail but was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to enroll in an alcohol education program. He was also slapped with fines for the offence.
