$60,000 was awarded for each of the UFC 151 fight awards handed down following the event which took place this past weekend in Denver, CO.
Fight of the night honors went to Donald Cerrone and Melvin Guillard for their short but sweet lightweight bout that only lasted 76 seconds but also featured the knockout of the night award when Cerrone came from behind and stopped “The Young Assassin”.
The only submission of the night evening and ultimately the winner of the award came when Dennis Bermudez got the tap from Tommy Hayden via a guillotine choke in the first round of their fight.
